ASSISTANT MANAGER POSITIONS

SEASONAL PUBLIC ICE SKATING RINKS IN SAN FRANCISCO AREA
 
Willy Bietak Productions is a California based Production company specializing in Ice Shows & Seasonal Public Ice Skating Rinks. We are currently looking for two local residents in the San Francisco area to join our team as Assistant Rink Managers.
 
These positions may be required to work unusual hours; days, weekends, evenings, PR events and holidays. Their responsibilities include; cleanliness of the rink and surrounding area and safety for guest’s and employees. They are also responsible for managing employees, including Cashiers, Rink Guards and Skate Shop, and ensure proper company approved wardrobe on employees and themselves.
 
Rink Management must carry out the day-to-day operations of the ice rink venue. Work may include, but is not limited, to the following:
 

 
• Accounting – for all monies and assets of the ice rink venue. Perform daily closeout reports, credit card batch, keep daily records of transactions, deposits, change for customers, tills, expense reports, receipts, and prepare reports to auditor.
 

 
• Staff –management of all employees.
 
• Operations- Monitor and maintain the rink area, skate change area, grounds, and skate shop. Potential problems should be brought to the attention of the Rink Manager ASAP.
 

 
• Ensuring that our Customer Service exceeds our Guest’s expectations.
 
Ice rink experience is preferred but not necessary. All applicants need to have strong communicational skills, Money handling, Book keeping, and Customer Service experience. Management skills are a plus! This is a Holiday Season Event, a lot of fun, pay is based on experience. The Assistant Rink Manager position will start roughly November 10 2010 and end January 22, 2011.
