Requires 5-8 years benefits program management experience, supervising or managing direct reports; Thorough understanding of current health and welfare programs and working knowledge of retirement programs; Strong analytical and communications skills; Customer service focus and ability to establish relationships across levels. Director level experience in smaller organization valued.
