Attorney/Sr. Attorney : 2-15 years experience handling all aspects of business immigration and managing clients including nonimmigrant visas: H-1B, L-1, E-1/2/3, TN and Immigrant visas: PERM, EB1 Managers and Outstanding Researcher and Employer counseling on compliance issues. Experience w/high volume practice preferred. Must be admitted to Bar, preferably California. Excellent salary and benefits.
