Paradise Foods, an upscale grocery market, has an immediate opening for a part time Cheesemonger to work in our Corte Madera and Novato stores. The Cheesemonger at Paradise Foods performs all functions related to cheese sales and specialty item preparation; including counter service, sanitation, and stocking of products. You will maintain a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly and efficient customer service as well as merchandise cheese for the department.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide our customers with excellent customer service.
- Merchandise and sell cheese and specialty products.
- Open and close as assigned.
- Handle special orders.
- Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and maintains awareness of new products.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Have a passion for cheese
- Able to handle customer relationships courteously and professionally.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to customer service.
- Neat and clean in appearance.
- Able to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Able to communicate, read, and comprehend instructions in English.
- Able to work a variety of shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
