SANDIS is a well established engineering firm with 45 years of experience in Bay-area site development projects, specializing in health-care, education and medium to high-density residential development. Responsibilities involve design for varied projects, including: improvement plans, drainage, rough and precise grading plans, and utility plans. Further engineering responsibilities include: computation of grades, earth quantities, materials estimates, design of domestic and fire water systems, sanitary sewer systems including lift stations and the preparation of technical engineering reports. Directly reports to Project Manager, providing assistance in all technical aspects of projects and assignments; research; engineering assessments; and coordination with private, public and governmental agencies.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and 3-5 years of hands-on institutional site development design experience. E.I.T. certification and AutoCAD literacy preferred.
