We’re searching for the unbeatable mix of professionalism and dynamic personality for our full time Assistant Floor Manager!

This is a position based on sound management principles with room to learn and grow. Exceptional organizational and people skills,
and a true drive to excel in both personal and team goals are required. We’re looking for someone who has ease in a fast-paced environment,
outstanding customer service with excellent multi-tasking skills. The right candidate will have a base of knowledge in current & local culinary
& wine trends (and commitment to continue learning!), as well as a minimum of two years experience in similar paced establishments.
Punctuality and organization are a must.

Description and duties include but are not limited to the following:

-Energetic & polished floor presence with strong customer service skills
-Manage FOH team of up to 25 on-floor and off, under the leadership of GM
-Ability and dedication to learn, lead, educate, and hold employees accountable
-Guide employees in areas of service, conduct, cuisine, and spirits
-Professionally interact with various vendors
-Inventory control, ordering, stock rotation
-Must work well in a high pressure, busy work environment

Other requirements: night and weekend availability, schedule flexibility,
minimum of 21 years of age, and be physically able to move 55lbs and stand for 4 to 8 hour shifts.

Position is full time, minimum 50 hours per week.
