    Position: Server

    This position is paramount to our success in the hospitality business, we are looking for bright, happy, intelligent serving staff who have a love for what they do and a deep well of ever-growing knowledge they can use to share with guests, sell our product, and create revenue for the business & yourself! Accordingly, our Server positions require ease in a fast-paced environment, excellent customer service, and absolutely impeccable multi-tasking skills.

    General Responsibilities (not limited to):
    - Part time, 3-4 shifts per week with some flexibility to cover your co-workers vacations/sick time
    - Exceptionally positive attitude and hospitality
    - Unstoppable drive to sell clients what they want by giving true knowledge and expertise of our cuisine/bar/wine programs
    - Strong working knowledge of culinary & wine trends
    - Impeccable multi tasking and organizational skills
    - Ability to thrive in high pressure, fast-paced environment solo and as part of a team
    - Excellent rapport with clients and team members
    - Responsible full cycle food service; take, enter, and deliver all food and beverage orders to your assigned tables in a timely manner. Ensure that guests are satisfied with their order and respond promptly to any requests;
    - Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable); and
    - Perform any additional duties as assigned or needed, including but not limited to: service station side work, maintaining a clean service area, and assisting fellow servers and bus persons.

    Position: Line cook

    We are currently searching for qualified & motivated line cooks!
    Must have a strong passion for food, ability to learn and apply new skills quickly, and be a great communicator! 




    General Responsibilities:
    The Line Cook is responsible for food preparation and expediting of foods as directed by the Chef and Sous Chef. 



    -Prepare foods as directed by Chef 

    -Read and execute recipes 

    -Maintain clean work space 

    -Working the line and expediting orders in fast paced, friendly environment 

    -Assist in receiving and proper storage of all food products
    -Comply with all health and safety standards in workplace
    -Wear proper safety equipment
    -Maintain a high level of personal grooming and appearance
    -Other duties as assigned

    Requirements: 

    -2 years restaurant experience 

    -Friendly customer service skills. 

    -Ability to communicate effectively: reading and writing of English necessary, knowledge of Spanish helpful 

    -Reliable, punctual, energetic. 

    -Ability to lift 60 lbs. 

    -Culinary School Graduate preferred 



    Physical Demands: Position is physically demanding, with extensive walking, standing, daily up & down stairs, and repetitive movements.

    Reports To: Executive Chef 


    Wage: DOE
