Commercial Real Estate Admin/Intern (oakland downtown)

  • Commercial real estate company specializing in Downtown Oakland (Retail, Office, Investments and Advisory) Seeking a Commercial Real Estate Assistant to help with the following:

    -Transaction coordinator for leasing and sales
    -Answer phones and provide information to callers about listings, forward them flyers and arrange tours
    -Gather requirements from Callers and research available properties for clients
    -Update database (properties, available spaces and prospects) for listing status reports
    -Create real estate flyers from InDesign & Automated templates
    -Update online listings
    -Update and manage contact database for mass emails
    -Organize and maintain filing systems
    -Support Agents
    -Other related duties

    The ideal candidate:
    -Past experience in real estate office or related (title company, insurance underwriting etc..)
    - Familiar with MS Excell, Word, Access, adobe InDesign (We can train you in InDesign)
    - Professional appearance and attitude
    - Can ‘figure it out’ and be flexible
    - Real estate license a plus
    - Someone who takes pride the quality of their work
    - Self starter – can work independently
    - Live within 1/2 hour commute from DT Oakland.
