Component Procurement Attorney

Our in-house corporate legal department client has an immediate need for a temporary procurement attorney that has experience with various types of supply agreements dealing with procurement of components such as modules and inverters. Knowldege of outsourced manufacturing agreements, subordinate statements and software consulting agreements and a familiarity with international supply chain concerns is also desired. The appropriate attorney will be providing support relative to supply chain issues, IP ownership and licensing, trademark usage, product warranty, indemnification, limitation of liability and will be able to assist in the resolvement of supplier disputes, should they arise. This is a full-time, on-site need expected to last approximately one week but could be a door opening opportunity for further work.
