We are a full-service litigation and business consulting firm located in San Francisco. We are seeking full-time, temporary Project Staff Consultants to assist with an immediate project. This assignment is expected to last for approximately two to six months and could potentially extend longer.

Our Contract Staff Consultants work within a team to collect, organize, and analyze data. Ideal candidates are professional, extremely detail-oriented, reliable self-starters who excel in team environments. This assignment will include review of documents and basic data entry of certain key elements found thereon. Hard copy document review and scanning may also be included.

Qualified candidates must possess an undergraduate degree or have equivalent work experience. Candidates should be thoroughly proficient in Microsoft Excel. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, the ability to self-motivate, and be inquisitive by nature. The position may include researching missing data, general data manipulation/entry, and preparing data loads. Candidates should be willing and able to keep up with rapid changes in process.

This position requires candidates to be flexible working in various locations throughout Northern California. Candidates may be asked to travel extensively for business with minimal notice. Travel compensation is provided.

Candidates should be comfortable and proficient interacting with the client, and must be able to maintain a courteous, positive attitude.

Candidates should be aware that they are expected to work 8 — 10+ hour days, 5 — 6 days a week. Moreover, they will sometimes be asked to work even longer hours or requested to travel overnight for business.

There may be an opportunity for permanent hire at the conclusion of the project.
