Job Description

This junior-level marketing position is designed for a person who enjoys customer interaction, planning events and running campaigns. The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is a goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, a quick learner, a strong writer and an effective project manager who can manage cross-functional efforts including events, webinars, campaigns, and our annual user conference.

Major Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute on customer road shows, speaking engagements
Grow customer communities through constant population of compelling content
Plan and moderate quarterly customer webinars
Construct quarterly customer newsletter
Coordinate events such as webinars or tradeshows
Manage outbound migration efforts with our Customer Account Managers
Create content for customer campaigns, webinars, success stories
Run regular and aggressive migration and upgrade campaigns
Plan and manage the HumanConcepts User Conference

Qualifications

College degree in related field
Computer skills: MS Office (strong Excel. Word, and PowerPoint knowledge) Salesforce.com knowledge preferred, Illustrator desired
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills is a must
Ability to communicate professionally to client base
Some marketing experience required
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Strong multi-tasking skills, assertive and driven personality
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Self-starting and ability to manage projects effectively
Tech savvy and strong word processing skills (60 WPM+)
