customer service representative (san jose west)

  • We are world’s well-known insurance company. We are looking for a talented individual who has experience on the phones, is very detail oriented and is great with people. The position we are hiring for is a Customer Representative that works at the district office in San Jose. As a Customer Representative you would be inbounding and out-bounding clients, prospects, and other staffs to make sure daily operations run smoothly and things are handled in a timely manner. Because our company is a nationwide company you will be talking with people from all over the Bay Area and all types of individuals.

    A few things we are looking in a future employee:

    1.) Be extremely detail oriented
    2.) Not afraid to pick up the phone and reach out to people
    3.) Have a desire to complete multiple tasks
    4.) Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
    5.) Have A high school diploma
    6.) Fluent English on writing and speaking
    7.) Bilingual oral Chinese required
    7.) Be very friendly, personable and patient
    8.) Have an energetic personality
    9.) Be on time and ready to work when your shift begins
    10.) Not shy to ask questions, the more you ask the more you will know

    Hours of work would be from 9:00am to 12:30pm Monday to Friday.
