Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct verifications of employment, self-employment, rental and banking history
• Answering a high volume of phone calls
• Answer questions about tenant screening reports processed through our website
• Record customer requests into our Issue Tracking System
• Notify customers when new features/customizations are ready

The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes and qualifications:
• Strong computer/internet skills
• Knowledge with income documentation (pay stubs, bank statements, tax returns, pension documentation, LES statements, etc.)
• Possess a high level of initiative
• Previous call center experience
• Strong, creative problem solving and analytical in nature
• Results oriented aggressiveness in meeting commitments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Entrepreneurial, driven by a new challenge
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, energetic and tenacious
• Flexible and responsive to changing situations
• Handle pressure-filled situations in a professional manner
• Preference given to those with previous call center experience
