Position Summary
Adobe IT’s Enterprise Architecture team develops the architectural direction for IT, that enables Adobe to realize it’s revenue growth and operating margin goals.
This critical, cross-IT function will deliver the target architecture, roadmaps, governance processes and tools to enable us to simplify and standardize today’s processes and supporting technology, laying the foundation to scale in order to meet future demands of the business. While also Accelerating delivery, enabling IT to respond with agility and partner with the business on innovation to enable growth.
This position is responsible for assisting the enterprise architecture team in delivering tools and frameworks for architects and developers that increase productivity and quality. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong desire, and technical skills to deploy solutions that make a broad impact within IT.
Responsibilities
Assist with development / deployment of portfolio management and software modeling tools
Implement data feeds and reporting solutions in support of portfolio management and modeling tools
Model existing architecture landscape
Proof of concept / prototypes of developer productivity tools, such as development frameworks, build automation and automated quality assurance
Proof of concept / prototypes of service frameworks and RIA solutionsRequirements
BS Computer Science
Proficiency in Java required
Proficiency in Flash / Flex desired
Thrive on problem solving in a matrixed and dynamic project organization
Be very detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast paced, results oriented environment
Able to take responsibility and follow through on commitments managing multiple assignments with minimal supervision
