West Coast Aquatics is a non-profit USA swimming year-round swimming organization. We are based in San Jose, CA. We work with members from the age of 4 to 94. We are a community-based organization that works to produce successful people, not just successful swimmers.

We are currently looking for a Head Age Group coach to coach our most elite age group level swimmers. These are swimmers ages 12-14.

A successful candidate would have the following:

• Well versed in USA swimming rules and regulations
• Well versed in elite level swimming technique
• Able to work afternoons and some weekends
• Passionate about teaching, swimming and youth
• Hold a certifications in CPR, First Aid and possible coaches safety training
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-starter, strong leadership qualities
• Have three or more years experience coaching at USA swimming club team or college atmosphere
• Understands and is able to write and create daily workout plans for this level of swimmer
• Strong understanding of USA club swimming

Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience.
