Let our expert HGTV host help you buy a home for less than listed. The saved money will go back into the home for a spectacular makeover guided by our experienced design team and carpenters. We will complete the work quickly to add value, sophistication and charm to your new home.

Looking for:

- Couples/families that are aggressively looking to buy a home in the SF Bay Area **price range $250-550K**
- Have been pre-approved for a loan.
- Have 20% cash down.
- Must be looking NOW or will be in escrow in late February, March or April.
- Couples/families need to be between the ages of 25-45.
- Couples/families should be fun, outgoing and willing to be on camera.
- Couples/families and their realtor will be paid to participate. Realtor gets national exposure and keeps commission.
