Job Information: Topaz Hotel Services (Topaz) is hiring Call Center customer service representatives for our Downtown Oakland hotel reservations call center. Training class is scheduled to start in late February.

About Topaz: Topaz has been offering a variety of hotel support services including our reservation call center for individual hotels and hotel groups for 25 years.

Job Qualifications: We are looking for a few exceptional people who have the ability to offer sincere customer service with a smile, can maintain an upbeat & positive attitude while working in a busy call center environment. Being able to make a connection with the caller is a must. Having good listening and questioning skills is also a requirement. A successful applicant should also have computer and keyboarding experience. At least 1 year of college in the fields of Hospitality, Business or Liberal Arts and/or at least 1 year customer service experience. Knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area is helpful. Must work well in a team setting.

Hours/Shifts: We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are currently hiring for Part Time positions (weekly hours ranging from 25 to 40 hours) We are looking for candidates with flexible availability including Early Morning/Mid/Swing and weekend availability.
