    HR Generalist / Recruiting Coordinator

    RichRelevance is looking for a well rounded generalist to help in nearly all areas of HR. The Generalist/Recruiting Coordinator will support the Director of HR with recruitment, benefits, HRIS, compensation and employee relations activities in a fast-paced, high growth start up environment. This is a great opportunity to get deeply involved in all things HR at this exciting technology company.

    Primary responsibilities

    • Coordinate recruitment activities: manage job postings, prepare candidate materials, assist with scheduling candidates, maintain open job reqs, prepare offer letters, order background checks, conduct new hire orientation, etc.
    • Benefits Administration: serve as primary point of contact for all employees on benefits related questions and issues, train employees on benefit systems and plan details, billing, contract renewal, manage annual open enrollment process.
    • Maintain HR system, enter employee data and changes, run reports as needed.
    • Keep personnel files updated and current with HR paperwork filing
    • Administer various people programs and employee morale initiatives.
    • Administer compensation programs: prepare data for compensation surveys, run adhoc reports, analyze data, update compensation documents and ensure data integrity in all HR systems.

    Desired skills and experience

    • 3+ years Recruiting experience
    • Working knowledge of ADP HRIS modules REQUIRED
    • Experience with compensation administration, survey participation and benchmarking
    • General knowledge of employee relations practices, employment regulations and compliance requirements
    • Broad understanding of HR administration and programs
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Very high degree of accuracy
    • Ability to work independently
    • Effective oral and written communication skills & excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • 3 + years of Human Resources experience REQUIRED
