Il Cane Rosso, in the Ferry Building, is seeking an energetic, dynamic leader who can run the day-to-day
 
operations of our restaurant. Quality and integrity are our priorities and they should be yours also.
 

 
A love of good food and appreciation of the locavore movement are required. We expect our manager to
 
be very hands on, have excellent initiative, and know all aspects of the FOH operation. Strong
 
organizational and administrative skills are also required. We are looking for someone who is a
 
bright, friendly people person!
 

 
If you have had at least 2 years experience as a manager in a fast paced, high quality restaurant, cafe,
 
or eatery, -OR- have significant experience in fine dining service and want to step into management, we
 
would love to meet you.
