Immediate need for an administrative assistant (mission district)

Construction company in San Francisco has an immediate need for an administrative assistant. We are looking for a business professional who can multi-task, have strong organizational abilities, strong communication and writing skills, and pays attention to details.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to answering phones, creating and updating documents and reports, managing schedules and appointments, maintaining files and supplies, making travel arrangements, creating training and presentation materials, maintaining contact lists, processing daily mail, scanning documents, and operating office equipment such as fax and copy machines. The Administrative Assistant will attend meetings, take notes, prepare and distribute meeting minutes within a set timeline. In addition, the Administrative Assistant will perform other duties as assigned by management to support the goals and objectives of the company.
Requirements:
Two-year office experience preferred
Education level: high school diploma, some college
Fluent in English and Russian
Ability to use Windows based computers and basic office programs, such as MS Office, Internet Explorer, Adobe, Outlook, etc.
The position includes using a variety of office equipment and may involve lifting up to 40 pounds.
