Rapid Displays Inc, an industry leader in the design and manufacture of temporary and permanent POP displays, is seeking an IT Support Specialist for its Union City California facility.

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for troubleshooting and support for all IT issues, such as assisting the end user with questions and/or requests, installation, configuration, repair, and troubleshooting of both Windows and Mac desktops and laptops and network equipment, perform annual software audits, prepare client address files for shipping systems.

The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills and able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, be detailed, well organized and self-motivated. Must be able to problem solve and work in a fast paced rapidly changing environment. College degree preferred with some work experience. Please send resume and salary requirements.
