Hello, we are Extranomical Adventures, an eight-year-old sightseeing tour company that is looking for an experienced Online Marketing Team Lead for our Web team. The Online Marketing Team Lead will be primarily responsible for managing the daily projects and tasks of our on-line marketing strategy and oversee the development of new websites. This position involves a high degree of independence, accountability, creativity and technical savvy in many areas of online marketing. This position will require strong design, coding management skills and project management. Our web properties are already very successful and we are looking for the right candidate to continue their growth.

Skills & Education:

• At least 2 years experience as a webmaster or equivalent e-commerce role

• At least 2 years of project management and leadership experience a must

• Bachelors degree or equivalent studies in IT, e-commerce, web development, e-marketing

• Must be proficient in Java Script, Dreamweaver & HTML

• Knowledge of secure hosting, SEO, pay-per-click management and click conversion software is highly desirable.

• Must be a responsible team player, project & goal orientated, and can easily grasp the big picture

• Technical and marketing savvy: 2-4 years of related experience preferred.

• Fluent in HTML (creating web and landing pages, emails, and forms).

• Strong experience in Photoshop and/or Fireworks required.

• Experience with JavaScript and PHP required.

• Experience with Rich Internet Applications (Flash, AJAX, etc.) preferred.

• Experience setting up email marketing campaigns preferred.

• Basic experience using Blogging/ Content Management Software

• Experience building and/or contributing to Online Communities preferred (blogs, wikis, forums, social networking sites, etc.).

• Experience using a web analytics program and/or optimization platform preferred.

• Candidates need to have strong planning and multitasking skills

• Candidates must be able to work on both PC and MAC platforms
