We currently have an opening for a Junior Business Analyst.

The Junior Business Analyst will be part of the team providing support of the business departments of Topcon Positioning Systems. The successful candidate will provide
support and analysis of business applications (CRM, ERP, Reporting) and projects for the business departments of Topcon Positioning Systems. Support the users at different levels of the organization in analyzing, troubleshooting and testing problems. Manage security, users and administrative tasks on selected applications. Contribute to business and IT projects on different project roles — analyst or administrative. Documentation of requirements, solutions and processes.

This position is part of the Business Applications department and is expected to actively learn the processes and applications of TPS as soon as possible. The sucessful candidate has eagerness to learn and initiative to make things happen.

Experience/Education
•BS or Master in computer science, MIS, business or technical college degrees
•Willingness and ability to actively learn new technologies
•2-4 Years of experience as a business analyst or recent graduate with advanced computer science, business degree or technical degree.
•Working in environments with ERP, CRM, Reporting applications and tools
•Requirements gathering and documentation
•Experience working with in a manufacturing or logistics environment a plus.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
