We are looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor

Position responsibilities:

* MUST BE BILIGUAL SPANISH/ ENGLISH
* Guide customers through appropriate loan process from the beginning through funding.
* Log in conditions, order conditions.
* Prepare files for conditions sign-off by Underwriter.
* Quote lock extensions.
* Ensure all loan files have appropriate documentation needed for Doc Drawers to draw docs.

Essential skills and experience:
• Knowledge of RESPA and compliance within the mortgage industry.
• Prior mortgage experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision
