Family is looking to hire a professional with an undergraduate degree in Special Education, Psychology, Speech, Occupational Therapy, or related field to work with their 9 year old son with Autism. He primarily communicates with gestures, vocalizations and speech device. He enjoys tickles, jumping on the trampoline, swimming, & sensory play. Experience with Floortime therapy is a big plus but not necessary.

Responsibilities will include: pick up from school in San Jose and drive home to Santa Clara, snack prep together, eating and home therapy and traveling to local after-school program and home therapy.

Hours include Mon, Tues, Thurs Fri. 2:30-5pm and Friday 12:30-5pm. Ending times for M-F are flexible.

This position is ideal for a student looking for work experience or for teachers looking for additional after school hours. Training is provided upon hiring. If interested please respond with resume and contact information.
