Maintenance Technician

Cardoza Properties is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to work at multiple commercial properties located in the San Jose / Fremont area, performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining the necessary upholding.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Perform a variety of plumbing, electrical, painting ,etc. maintenance duties
• Check and repair indoor and outdoor lighting
• Apply paint to interior/exterior of building
• Repairs to parking strips, signs, trash enclosed areas, fences, electrical, etc.
• Respond to Tenant complaints
• Installations

Requirements:

• 3-5 yrs commercial maintenance experience
• A valid Driver’s license with no active violations within the previous year.
• Valid car insurance.
• Ability to lift and push objects up to 75 lbs.
• Flexible schedule

Compensation:

• $22 – $25/ hr — D.O.E.
