POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented team player to join the Corporate Marketing and Communications Department in Concord, Calif. The Marketing Communications Assistant is an entry level position that will provide support for departmental activities including conference and trade show attendance, company memberships, and internal and external communications.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Entering and tracking departmental activities in the CRM database, including contact lists, marketing campaigns and budget information
• Processing membership requests
• Reviewing contracts and coordinating shipping for trade shows
• Registering attendees for conferences and trade shows
• Assisting with creating and maintaining media list, editorial calendars and award submittal calendars
• Assisting with graphics needs
• Processing invoices and check requests
• Archiving department documents
• Tracking and maintaining collateral and other inventory
• Assisting with intranet and website updates
• Leading special projects as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent interpersonal skillsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience with Deltek Vision CRM or other CRM databases in an A/E/C environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator a plus
• Knowledge of WordPress and Microsoft SharePoint a plusQUALIFICATIONS:
