Established publicist looking to bring on an assistant or partner to share in servicing the needs of existing client base. This is an opportunity to help shape the voice of the movement. Must be passionate about the cause and able to attend a wide variety of public meetings, events, conferences, rallys, etc. Must be able to make a cold call, get through to the assignment editor or reporter, and pitch a story. This is an independent contractor position without any health insurance type benefits. Work from your own home.

Required: Medical Cannabis advocacy, excellent grammar, clear written and verbal communication skills, highly organized. Strong command of Word and Excel. Live within the greater SF Bay Area. Must be motivated by the cause, not by money, to do this kind of work.
