Operations Manager (Santa Rosa)

  • Operations Manager needed for a growing Security Company.

    Job Duties
    Manages the security personal including services and client service issues, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.

    Essential Job Functions
    Develop excellent working relationship with clients, officers and office staff
    Directly supervision of Site Leads
    Ensure that company policy is adhered to at all times
    Provide excellent customer service
    Consistently assign officers that meet the needs of the client
    Manage field training for stationary staff
    Skill in staff supervision, including assigning work and providing training and discipline.

    Qualifications and Requirements
    Security experience required, law enforcement/military a plus
    Proficiency in various computer applications
    Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
    Ability to provide positive direction to staff and motivate performance.
    Understanding of a variety of security and safety devices and controls.
    Ability to track and maintain schedule assignments.
    Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances.
    Knowledge of security operations management and human resources administration.
    Planning, organizing and leadership skills.
    Strong Oral and written communications skills.
    Strong customer service and service delivery orientation.
    Ability to take initiative and achieve results.
    Ability to carry out multiple assignments concurrently.

    Work hours – Monday to Friday 8am to 5 pm plus some nights and weekends
