Property Manager is in need of a part-time assistant to start immediately.
Job entails showing rental properties, holding open houses, placing signs, returning phone calls, etc. All of which takes place in Antioch, Brentwood, Oakley and sometimes Discovery Bay. Travel to Lodi may happen occasionally. Must have reliable transportation, professional appearance, good customer service skills and professional phone demeanor. Drug screening will be performed upon hire. Room for potential growth.

The qualifications are as follows:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a MUST
• Evenings and Weekends a MUST
• Property Management/Experience is highly desirable
• Real Estate license not necessary
