Job Location: San Jose, CA
Salary: $25 -30/hr (Non-exempt)

Required Degree: Bachelors or higher

Required Experience: 3 – 5 years

Provides hardware and software support to the User community in the San Jose Campus and remote support to the User community at remote sales and support offices.
Setup and configure PC Desktop and Notebooks to the SSI Standard.
Respond to Users Help Desk Request in San Jose and remote offices in a timely manner.
Hardware Troubleshooting and Repairs – Makes repairs or upgrades as needed.
• 3 to 5 years experience in Desktop Support for Windows PC’s
• Need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Good verbal communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Microsoft Certification for Operation Systems or System Administration is desirable
• Bi-Lingual in English and Korean is highly desirable
