A respected, statewide environmental consulting firm is seeking an Associate Principal or Principal level environmental professional for their East Bay Area office. This successful and growing office is looking for a compliment to the services they provide and the clientele they work with.

They are specifically looking for an individual with experience working with local public agencies throughout the East Bay, Bay Area and/or Northern California. A specific expertise in water projects is a plus, but not a necessity. The right candidate will have extensive CEQA knowledge, be capable of serving as Principal in Charge and Project Manager for large and small projects, serve as a mentor and resource for junior staff and have a solid client base.

The ideal candidate would have at least 10 years of experience within the Bay Area or Northern California region as a Senior Project Manager writing, preparing and managing CEQA/NEPA documentation; be highly skilled in environmental research and impact analysis; and possess exceptional knowledge of relevant federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Requires a degree in Environmental Planning, Environmental Science or related discipline. Master’s preferred.
