They have an opening for a Project Manager.

Full-time salaried position with bonus and benefits.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The project manager plays a key role at this dynamic, growing company and has day-to-day responsibility for managing multiple projects of moderate to high complexity.

S/he will coordinate the activities of multiple cross- functional teams to complete projects in support of the company’s global business strategy.

The Project Manager may sometimes fill a program management role with other project managers reporting to them.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Project Management

• Lead projects through the complete lifecycle to successful completion

• Develop and maintain project schedule, identify and track milestones and identify and manage cross functional dependencies and third party integration points

• Prepare and maintain a project risk assessment analysis; develop and execute plans for managing risk

• Escalate project related issues to appropriate levels of management in accordance with PMM guidelines and requirements

• Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders and management

• Own project scope, manage change control processes

• Form, motivate and lead high-performance cross functional teams

• Be passionate about your profession and about delivering high quality service to your customers

• Observe the principals of professional project management and high ethical standards

- Practice Development

• Help build a best in class project management team

• Lead by example, incite others to perform at their best

• Evangelize the principles and business value of project management

• Actively participate in and contribute to the development and evolution of the practice

• Build strong, effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a minimum of five years of recent software project management experience and be able to demonstrated expert knowledge, skills and abilities in project management

• Agile / Waterfall

• Top notch verbal and written communications skills

• Proven ability and interest in implementing projects and change across business and engineering

• History of successful collaboration with a variety of internal and external partners

• Comfortable with ambiguity, love working in a fast paced, growing environment

• Strong MS Project aptitude
