Seeking Property Preservation crews to service the Bay Area and East Bay for Trash Outs, Securing, Lock Changes, Board Ups, Grass Cuts, Initial Janitorials, Winterizations and Recurring Services.

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THIS LINE OF WORK FOR ALL SERVICES MENTIONED!!!

All work performed is photographed using a digital camera with DATE STAMP functionality taking before, in progress (action) and after photos. You must have a digital camera, smart phone with picture/text capability, all cleaning supplies, yard equipment, compressor for winterizations, trailer to haul debri, lock & lockbox inventory, must be able to send photographs immediately after completion of jobs, fill out required QA checklists on all jobs and have a good eye for detail.

This is a very busy area and we are seeking well qualified crews to perform all services, pay is an independent 1099 contractor and you must carry liability insurance. Compensation is piece rate for each service, once you apply you will be given a price sheet with your vendor packet as it is too long to list all services in this ad!
