Repossession Agent/ Warehouseman

The opportunity to work with one of the largest most respected Repossession Agency’s in California has become available. We are currently seeking a professional, career oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to join our team as a Repossession Field Agent/Warehousman. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, detail oriented and trainable. The auto recovery industry in sometimes very complicated and any potential agent must pride them self on their ability to investigate, evaluate and communicate the results in a timely and effective manner while learning from all experiences to be better prepared for the next assignment.

Minimum Qualifications:

*24 years of age due to commercial insurance requirements

*High school graduate or equivalent

*Intermediate computer skills

*Able to lift 65 pounds

*Pass a Department of Justice background check (Live Scan)

*Pass a comprehensive drug screen

*Must be in Possession of a valid drivers’ license

*A copy of the drivers’ license will be required prior to interview.

*A good driving record, towing experience is a plus

*A current Motor Vehicle Record must be presented prior to interview

*This printout is available from any DMV office for a fee of $10.00.

*License having been suspended, revoked or been placed on probation by the DMV for cause involving the safe operation of a motor vehicle within the preceding 3 years is immediate disqualification.

*Excellent problem-solving skills

*Excellent communication skills, well spoken English as a must and bi-lingual is a plus and highly sought after skill set.

*Must have the Ability to handle complicated, sensitive and often dangerous situations with calm controlled assertive effort. Understand that to become registered as a Repossession Agent in the state of California the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services will thoroughly evaluate any criminal background. If you have any convictions in the past they will find them, and refuse registration if not disclosed.

Average overall wages vary depending upon success. Earning potential is based upon your own drive, and can range between $2000-$3500 per month or 30-45k per year.
