RESPONSIBILITIES
-Responsible for all phases of front end operations
-Ensure that all front end operations meet company standards and expectations are met
-Maintains good quality customer service
-Responsible for controlling shortage through awareness, education and training in company
standards and theft deterrents

REQUIREMENTS
-At least 1 year supervisory “Leadership” experience in a retail environment
-Demonstrated ability to lead, manage motivate and communicate positively with store associates
at all levels
-Must have organizational skills and ability to prioritize
-Prior experience with retail POS systems
-Ability to work variety of shifts
