    Atlas Guides LLC is an online lead-generation company run by an experienced leadership team. We are expanding our software platform and hiring additional sales executives immediately. We will be launching new directories, thus expanding our sales prospect list across the US. So far we have launched our flagship directory AllFinancialAdvisors.com (AFA) which is a comprehensive, completely independent and free resource for consumers and investors to research, compare and then directly contact Financial Advisors and Financial Planners all across the US.
     

     
    Both individuals (sole proprietorships) and advisory firms (multiple advisors) are represented in our database and are our prospect customers. Our inside sales reps use SalesForce.com where our database contains over 10,000+ prospect targets. These are established Registered Investment Advisors (RIA’s) regulated and monitored by FINRA and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). RIAs NEED our marketing and lead-generation solution, because their businesses have been hurt by the Wall Street downturn.

    As a Professional Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for qualifying and selling new RIA partners across the US into our High-Quality online directory service.
     

     
    Responsibilities / Qualifications:
     

     
    * Meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales goals
     
    * Become an expert in managing your sales pipeline in SalesForce.com
     
    * Cultivate sales opportunities from inbound leads, managing from start to close.
     
    * Call into 50+ accounts daily, typically on the phone 4-5 hours each day.
     
    * Close three to five new opportunities each week
     
    * Be a knowledge expert in our industry (extensive on-going training provided)
     
    * Proven sales & customer service experience is required
     
    * Highly motivated and driven to succeed (A MUST)
     
    * Comfortable on the phone (100% of your interaction will be over the telephone)
     
    * Computer competent
     
    * Professional demeanor
     
    * Organizational skills, ability to manage time and strong work ethic
     
    * Excellent communication skills
     
    * Phenomenal follow-up and tracking skills
     
    * Results-oriented with a high energy level
     
    * Minimum 3+ years quota carrying sales in software, financial services or related field.
     
    * Inside/Phone sales experience- must be able to close business on the phone
     
    * Track record of success via phone and consistently exceeding individual sales goals
     
    * Experience managing a high volume sales pipeline.
     
    * Quick learner and self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic
     
    * Ability to conduct web based interactive online demos via PC and phone
     

     
    Additional Desired Requirements:
     

     
    * Successful experience selling for a start-up software company
     
    * Working knowledge of how financial advisors run their businesses
     
    * BS/BA or equivalent
     

     
    Our compensation includes Commission + Bonus. You will be working with an experienced sales team. The company promotes from within. We want this to be your last career change. Starting in 2011 we will be enacting additional compensation thru equity and/or profit sharing to our top performers.
