Sales Counselor – Sales Closer

LA Boxing is a values-based company that needs strong Sales Closer to help fuel its quest to become America’s premier fitness franchise company.
The Sales Counselor/Closer is primarily responsible for assisting the General Manager with the day-to-day operations of the location. The Sales Counselor is directly responsible for contributing to the following areas:

Membership sales
Private training sales
Merchandise sales
Creative local marketing
Location sanitation and maintenance
Professional customer service
Adherence to the standard operating procedure as set for the by LA Boxing

The Sales Counselor should currently possess exceptional organizational skills with the ability to be a self starter, the capacity to work with a team as well as independently is critical. They should be competent at multi-tasking effectively. To succeed in this position, you will need a background in fitness sales and be a person of high integrity.
