We’re searching for a Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst to join our team. You’ll report to our Director of Finance and Administration and will be wearing a lot of hats and assuming broad responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have experience at a small, high growth company and will become a key contributor to building our success as a company.
 

 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
 
• Month End Close
 
• Manage Audits, Prepare Financial Reports
 
• Certify Financial Contract Transaction compliance (Customers & Vendors)
 
• Create & Maintain Due Diligence Process
 
• Sales Tax Reports
 
• Prepare External Tax Reports (all non-income)
 

 
Ideal Qualifications::
 

 
• Multi Tasking Senior Accountant /Financial Analyst
 
• Start Up mentality , personality that can take the driver’s seat not just the back seat!
 
• Excellent communication skills
 
• Stable work history , and longevity, minimum of 3 years per company work experience
 
• Extremely Strong Excel skills
 
• Able to create and maintain reporting process & procedures from several software sources & combine for Customer & Executive Review
 
• Implementation Experience a plus
