    Job Description

    Primarily responsible for managing & staffing a large corporate shuttle account

    Oversee day to day operations of WeDriveU’s transportation program, operational service planning, driver staffing & scheduling, interviewing, hiring & training, fleet maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance

    Analyze shuttle performance data, recommend modifications to routes and schedules, establish park’ n rides, prepare reports & make presentations.

    Intense focus on customer service to meet and exceed client expectations

    Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT), governmental and company regulations, policies, and standards pertaining to fleet safety compliance

    Analyze and collaborate with senior management to develop budgets and business strategies

    Comply with CHP and PUC terminal inspections and requirements

    • Compensation: $55,000-$68,000 DOE + Medical/Dental Benefits
