We’re a growing Internet company located in downtown San Francisco looking for a sharp and tech savvy Finnish speaker to join our User Operations team! Our ideal candidate is fluent in Finnish, having intimate familiarity with the culture as you’ll be the eyes, ears, and voice of the company to our growing European communities.

This is a part-time, entry-level position providing user support working 20 hours per week (up to 40 hours per week during busy projects). You’ll help evaluate user-generated content in accordance with our ‘Content Guidelines’ and ‘Terms of Service’ as well as edit weekly newsletters and marketing briefs.

You must be organized, responsible and work well independently in a fast-paced environment! The ideal candidate is research-oriented, Internet savvy and has strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
* Evaluate user-generated content (reviews, photos, etc) in accordance with our Content Guidelines and Terms of Service
* Respond to user & business owner inquiries
* Research and evaluate business listing data
* Flawlessly update business information on our growing online database
* Proofread and edit weekly newsletters and marketing briefs

Requirements:
* Must be able to work part-time: 20 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week if busy
* Fluency in written and conversational Finnish (native speakers preferred)
* Fluent in written and conversational English, able to read and respond to both casual and professional English correspondences
* Eligibility to work in the U.S.
* 4-year college degree
* Excellent writing/copy editing skills
* Attention to detail with the ability to complete a large volume of work quickly
* Demonstrated flexibility in a fast-changing environment
* Strong online fact-checking skills and comfortable using a Mac
* Great attitude
