    Morgan Lewis is currently seeking a Technology Analyst for the Information Technology Department who will be resident in our Palo Alto office. Reporting to the Information Technology Manager, the qualified candidate will provide a broad range of desktop/laptop computer support of moderate to complex nature to ensure end-user productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: providing accurate, timely and creative solutions to end-user computer-related issues through advanced troubleshooting techniques; analyzing the business needs of the local office and providing recommendations for the use of technology in supporting those needs; and serving as a liaison between the Firm Information Technology department (including the Help Desk) and the end user community.

    Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware and software support with an undergraduate degree in a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Prior law firm experience is a plus.

    To perform the job successfully, the candidate must be a hard working, self-starter with a professional demeanor and can-do attitude with excellent troubleshooting, technical and customer service skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Candidates must also be proficient in the following software programs:

    MS-Office (MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel), Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Communicator, Internet Explorer, Workshare, Interwoven FileSite (iManage), Adobe Acrobat, Nuance, Best Authority, Legal MacPac, Citrix, Blackberry, McAfee VirusScan, IPROView, LiveNote, Concordance, and PerfectDisk.

    Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Flexibility to work overtime required.
