OK- So here is the deal. We are Product Madness (www.productmadness.com) a small highly technological, exciting start-up with offices in San Francisco and in London. We publish games on Facebook, we like to have fun, work hard and learn about new things all the time. We want to start engaging our users in a proactive manner, reaching out to them, building out loyalty programs, getting them hooked not only to our games, but to the way we treat them.

We are in the process of hiring our first Text Chat Hosts. But what does a Text Chat Host do? Our technological magic will put you in contact with some of our customers as they are playing our games. These customers may be:

- VIP’s
- Players that have never paid, but are very engaged
- Paying players that are not VIP’s
- … etc

Based on the player type, you may need to try to get them to carry out a first time payment, or simply help them out with an issue that they may have.

Sounds good? Well this is what we think it takes to be successful in this role:
- You must be outgoing and entertaining
- Get a thrill from selling things
- Have good interpersonal skills
- You must be good at chatting with several people at the same time

Expectations! What we would like to see
- Experience is not a must, but if you have had online sales positions or experience in support via chat, that will be a plus
- That you are a team player and strive for the best
- You like a good challenge
