What we do
We provide micro loans to women to grow their existing businesses or help start their first business. The profit that is generated is used to support the community by funding social programs such as free schools and subsidized medical checkup programs. What we need
We are currently operating in the dark ages, all pen and paper. We would like to create a financial framework to streamline our paperwork from the head office level down to the individual members. We need to find a qualified person who will first take the time to understand our accounting methods and then develop a better version. The ideal candidate has experience with general banking principles, a solid accounting foundation and is extremely detail oriented.
