Very Experienced Bike Mechanic

Bicycle Trip in Santa Cruz is looking for a very experienced bike mechanic. We require a tested, tenured, bicycle industry professional with years of experience working on road and off road bicycles; from the very least expensive to the very most expensive. You must have extensive experience with components from all leading manufacturers including the service and optimized set-up of hydraulic brake and suspension technologies. Please note; THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL BIKE MECHANIC POSTION. Candidates must be expert in all things bicycle!

Candidates must be very friendly, very kind and very professional.

This is a full-time position (schedule TBD). Compensation will be very competitive and commensurate with experience; the more tenured/expert you are the more you will be paid. Bicycle Trip offers a very supportive employee benefits package which includes, but is not limited to; health and dental insurance, sick and vacation pay and profit-sharing/commission.

Importantly, we are looking for a long-term employee. We will hire an individual that is looking to make a long-term commitment to this senior position in our shop.
