OK- So here is the deal. We are Product Madness (www.productmadness.com) a small highly technological, exciting start-up with offices in San Francisco and in London. We publish games on Facebook, we like to have fun, work hard and learn about new things all the time. We want to start engaging our users in a proactive manner, reaching out to them, building out loyalty programs, getting them hooked not only to our games, but to the way we treat them.
We are looking for someone to help us get that done. Here is what you would be doing and what we expect from you:
Doing! You will help us to
• Develop and manage the Customer Development Strategy to meet target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including player lifetime values, player attrition levels and average stake per player.
• Analyse the customer journey, identifying key “touchpoints” in the customer’s interaction with our games to optimize customer retention.
• Use customer behaviour and customer based market research to segment the customer base, targeting tailored messages to meet the needs of each segment.
• Create and implement a weekly campaign programme, tailoring communication to the different segments identified.
• Develop and implement the VIP management strategy, providing appropriate personalized communication to maximize player spend and share of “gaming purse”.
• Put in practice our one to one communication with key VIPs, including incentive control, query management and conflict resolution.
• Identify new VIPs, assessing their potential and helping to develop them accordingly.
• Develop and implement innovative and relevant customer loyalty programmes.
• Communicate with the customer via Social media and other online community sources.
• Develop sections of our sites to ensure that they meet the needs of existing customers and VIPs.Expectations! What we would like to see
• History of working on a VIP / loyalty scheme is ideal.
• Strong campaign and project management skills.
• Creative – able to use internal and external knowledge and think a little differently.
• A fun, energetic and positive can do attitude.
• Self starter; someone who can work under their own initiative to achieve targets.
• Results and goals orientated — we’ll look favourably on someone who has a history of achieving goals / targets in their work.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and manage several priorities at once.
• Flexible approach to work.
• First class written, verbal and presentation abilities.
• Ability to use data insights to inform customer insights and campaign development.
• Ability to work positively between and across multiple teams
