I am recruiting for a well funded early stage high tech Silicon Valley startup focused in the “green tech” space.

Ever wonder how much energy is consumed by one of the giant datacenters that belong to Google, or Facebook or the Internal Revenue Service? The company has developed unique patent-pending technology that its customers are able to deploy to dramatically reduce their power consumption. Large companies and government departments (including the Department of Energy) are believers in the technology as either customers or investors or both.

The company is looking for senior software developers and QA testers. Be proficient in Java, PHP, web application frameworks (Ajax, JSON), database schema and development (MySql). Knowledge of Rich Internet Application development (RIA) with Flash will be a big plus. You must love programming, have the ability to produce high quality work. Work in a fast-paced environment. Be willing to learn things quickly, change gears rapidly. If you are interested in the QA testing position, you should be intimately familiar with QA testing frameworks, tools, automation.
